It is your responsibility to upgrade your trial site with Squarespace within your Squarespace trial period. If you let your free trial lapse, you must reactivate your site with Squarespace. Please note that we have no control over site trials, and we cannot be held responsible for the implications of letting your trial run out.

When your trial expires, the site won't be public, and all content is marked for permanent deletion. Depending on how much time passes after expiration, you might be able to upgrade to paid service and continue to edit the site as you last left it. Click here to learn more from Squarespace.

Please note, all of our templates require a business subscription or higher.

Due to the custom-built nature of Squarespace templates, they cannot be re-installed in one click. In other words, each template is built manually, block by block here at Candor HQ.

If you upgrade your site and your content has been deleted, you can purchase our on-site re-installation service by clicking here.

Please note - this service is for re-installing the template on the original site that you installed the template on. As per the template license, we cannot install the template on a new site.
